This policy applies to products purchased directly from our store. Purchases made through affiliate links are governed by the retailer’s own policies.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping
- Many items are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, which may be located in different countries. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
- Estimated delivery time: [10–25] business days, depending on destination. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs and local carrier delays can occur.
- Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
- You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds
- You may request a return within 14/30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- To start a return, email contact@aouaj.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we approve the claim for damaged items.
